I was stuck at this part for a bit too. I think what they mean is that you start with the butt of the duck and end the level with the six blocks. You're not supposed to eat the six and go back for the butt.
Reset Cart is short for "Reset Cartridge". Older games that required literal pieces of material to play would often have an option that allowed the game to be reset. So in short, the reset cart button means to re-launch the game.
In Woodworm you have to replicate an figure with this little woodworm. It is quite challenging later on, but it's fun to engage in it for some time. I had some issues understanding what to do at the beginning, but I guess it's just me.
I don't plan to. I had already them implemented here but every time I tried to use them for a puzzle, I found that the puzzle was more fun and interesting without them :

Really cool!!!!!!!
I really like it! Fun, simple, the music hits right there with the rest of the atmosphere, and the puzzles are challenging.
level three is ripping my braincells to pieces and have threatened them to go against me
pretty good
very cool and fun! Would this game have more levels in future?
Very unique. This was quite challenging and oddly compelling.
relaxing and fun!! very well thought out puzzle game. i get stuck at the duck for now
he is dea
worm sitting on chair for no reason
cool but hard
how do you beat the duck level
Be stuck, it counts
but how do you eat the six blocks and get ou
Hm, I think you start with it's butt and use the left top part of the block to drop down as it's tail, then you can eat the other blocks
I still don't get it, Im not ever good at these types of games

Hey Spratt, I love your game! But… I saw an ad using gameplay from your game to advertise a ripoff game
I lost the original ad, but this is the app. The ad used footage from your game tho.
just bringing it to your attention
what does reset cart mean?

This is something serious. There is a mobile game called artisan worm that is copy and pasting your idea. I just wanted to tell you.

Hey some people stole you're gameits some mobile rip off
yeah I agree I got the game and it was low quality
easy, worm gets hungry i see
very interesting! it’s neither too easy or too hard, and many levels have more than one solution.
I’ve seen that there’s a kind of blocks that can’t be eaten in your previous work, are you planning to add them in following updates?
I don't plan to. I had already them implemented here but every time I tried to use them for a puzzle, I found that the puzzle was more fun and interesting without them :
it’s important to abandon things that seem good but actually not.
very good game
This game is great! amazing puzzle design and genius mechanic to be able to perfectly utilize the limitations of Pico-8 without losing gameplay.
Fun!
This game is absolutely brilliant.
how do I eat the inside?
Here's a hint... the final cutout doesn't have to be one continuous piece of wood. It just has to have the same shape as the given model. ;)
That really helped me ty Mr Bacon :D!
