I was stuck at this part for a bit too. I think what they mean is that you start with the butt of the duck and end the level with the six blocks. You're not supposed to eat the six and go back for the butt.
Reset Cart is short for "Reset Cartridge". Older games that required literal pieces of material to play would often have an option that allowed the game to be reset. So in short, the reset cart button means to re-launch the game.

i have been almost passing the lvl. 9 for about 15 minutes. cannot compreehend how to do the zigzag.

This was a fun little brain break. I'd like to see the addition of being able to turn the worm around without having to go up and around.
But that's the whole point, it wouldn't be a puzzle game if you could do that

Just carve a N, like: start on the tile on top of the bottom left, then go three up two to the right, three down, two right, and three up

Hint 1: You can do a zigzag for the legs.
Hint 2: the pincers can use a single drop each one.
Hint 3: Both eyes need a double sised drop.
Hint 4: For the eyes go through the middle on both drops.
Hint 5: Maybe pre-pare one arm.
Hint 6: One arm exterior carb before, and the other at the end.

You can do ~ twice, one on bottom and one on middle, carb the top corners and finish with your head in middle-top
~ for these you can start in the corner go one up, tow right, one down, two right, and up agai
